Getting Organized with MS® Outlook:

This training session is often used by companies who want to equip their employees with training beyond the basic uses of Outlook and to help them improve email management. Participants will be amazed with the techniques that can be implemented immediately to save them time and frustration in managing their information.
Theme: Many companies make the assumption that employees either already know how to use Outlook or will learn it as they go. The problem is most employees only learn the basics of this software and can't afford the time to learn its hidden tips and tricks designed to improve email productivity and track a variety of projects.
Description: With the onslaught of email and the dependence of electronic data in offices today, the need to be proficient in Outlook is a necessity in relationship to getting the most done in the least amount of time.
This workshop, designed for intermediate Outlook users, will teach concepts from the following components:

- Calendar
- TaskPad
For those audiences wanting Lean Office Email 5S, information will be related and aligned with the following processes:
- Sort
- Set in order
- Standardize
- Sustain
Concepts such as shortcuts, standardizing and creating processes will also be taught, providing participants a variety of methods designed to increase project management and email productivity.

Format: 2-hour training workshop. If an employee has a laptop, he/she is welcome to bring it with them. Handouts include resource cards which employees will find valuable once back at their desk. Classroom or Rounds style.
